Hallowell Class Action Lawsuit

In the fall of 2007, Hallowell International, utilizing compressors manufactured by Bristol Compressors International, Inc., began manufacturing and selling the Hallowell Acadia Heating and Cooling Systems through their exclusive wholesaler, F.W. Webb. The Acadia systems were marketed as reliable, extensively tested, providing comfort, leaving a smaller carbon footprint and would save money compared to other heating and cooling systems.

Unfortunately, there have been reports of serious problems with the Acadia systems. Because of the reported wide spread problems that demonstrate design defects with the system that call into question the reliability and cost savings of the system, the law firm of McCuneWright, LLP, through the law firm of Philbin & O'Neil, LLC, has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of the Hallowell Acadia system.
